The club house sits high on a rise above the marina and commands an impressive view of Eagle Mountain Lake and the lush lawn that sweeps down to the seawall. Find full service dining in this airy retreat year around from Wednesday to Sunday.

A well-used and very informal bar occupies one end of the club house building; a casual dining room fills the other. A stone patio above a fenced pool catches a breeze from the water and offers another dining option and there are always picnics on the shady lawn.

But there is more here. There are locker rooms, banquet facilities and meeting rooms, making this a perfect place for a small corporate retreat, a wedding, rehearsal dinner, graduation party or anniversary celebration.

    The grounds include member storage facilities, dockside restrooms and a junior sailing center. Marina amenities include covered and open slips, dry storage and a boson shed with fuel dock and store.

    There are 30 member-owned cabanas located on the property. Occasionally these are offered for sale, but the club strictly enforces certain rules of ownership. The cabanas may never be a primary residence and owners must retain Resident status membership at the FWBC.

    Club members enjoy these snug retreats settling in for regattas, sailing camps and long week-ends with family and friends.

    The FWBC has a large swimming pool as well as a children's wading pool overlooking the lake. The pool is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

    There are no life guards. Pool guests must be accompanied by the club member (or child of the member) through the front gate.

    There are several types of slips available to FWBC members.  The harbor can easily accommodate vessels ranging from dinghies to craft over forty feet in both covered and open air slips.  Temporary slips are available for use by all members, but are limited to day use only.  Please contact Harbor Master, Casey Trimble, for details and availability.

    Club Owned J/22 Fleet

    FWBC's J/22 fleet provides members excellent year-round access to the lake for learning to sail, pleasure sailing, and racing. The boats in this fleet are available to all Resident, Junior, or Mariner members who pass the "sailing check out" requirements.
